What method of hypnosis do you use?

I am also certified in BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), which is very similar to QHHT, but can be done virtually through online Zoom sessions.

What is QHHT?

QHHT is a form of hypnosis that was invented by Dolores Cannon. It is a hypnosis technique and guided journey that utilizes Past Life Regression and Subconscious exploration, but specifically for the aim and purpose of attaining healing and deeper understanding (which looks different for everybody).

Whether this is about discovering deep subconscious blocks, emotional wounds, the origins of certain things you've experienced, or simply getting to know yourself on a deeper level, QHHT is a great method to dive into these.

What is BQH?

BQH stands for "Beyond Quantum Healing."

It was invented by a QHHT practitioner, Candace Craw-Goldman, who had directly interacted with and received teachings from Dolores Cannon while she was alive.

Due to QHHT forbidding online sessions, she eventually went on to make her own form of hypnosis that was similar to QHHT in its aims and purposes, but would be able to be conducted online.

If we are doing an online session together, it is BQH.

Question 4

How much does a session cost? How do I pay?

Sessions are $400, whether online or in-person (both QHHT and BQH).

Payment is submitted online through the website. (In-person sessions can be paid with a cash payment.)

*If doing an online session: All payments must be made within 24 hours of your session.

Question 5

Do you offer Payment plans to pay in Installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. My website uses Stripe, which allows for Payment plans. 
If you can't make the entire payment in one lump sum, you can opt to pay in Installments in advance.

I can also alter the Amount of Payments/Frequency of payments according to your needs.
 
You can also choose how often you want to pay (ie  every __ week(s)/ every month/etc.) It's very flexible.

If  you decide to do the Installment Payment Plan option, you  will be invoiced by Stripe every so often (ie 2 weeks/1  month/whatever you choose in the beginning) until you've paid the Grand Total. Once the Total is paid, we could then do the session.

What is the process for an online session? (ie Booking, Consultation, Prep, Session, etc.)

Online sessions are BQH sessions.
Overall, the process is broken up into 3 main phases: Apply to Book a Session, Consultation, and the Session.
The BQH Client Process (for online sessions) is as follows:

1) Apply to Book a Session 
Client submits an Application to Book a Session (https://www.eunoiasessions.com/apply-to-book-a-session)on the website, which includes filling out a short questionnaire and reading the Terms of Service. All inquiries will be responded to within 1-3 days.

2) Consultation/Email Correspondence
Once I reply to your Application to Book a Session, this starts our first communications and gives me a rough idea of what brought you to seek out a session, and if this/I would be a right fit for you. Applying does not ensure a session or being taken on as a client yet; it is simply the first step of the process.

If after receiving your application and communicating with you we decide to go forward, we will then schedule an appropriate date/time for your future Session.  
Once we set the date, I will then send you:

-Recommendations on what headset/headphones to use (as well as which ones not to use) which you must purchase and test out some time prior to the Session  
-A link to a Payment page where you can pay for your session, which is submitted online through the website. Payment must be received no later than 3 days before the session.

Upon receiving your session payment, you will receive:

-An official Confirmation PDF as a download, with Preparation Tips/Checklists on how to prepare in advance so that you can get the most from your session, as well as tips on what your environment should be like for the Session
-A Zoom meeting link for your session, which I will email to you within 24 hours.

At this point, you will send me your list of questions and things that you would like to address with your Subconscious/Higher Self, so that I will have them before the session.
3) Session

Session Day will consist of your Pre-Session Interview/ Tech Check first, then the Session itself. A little 20 min break is done in between these two phases, since each phase can take around 3 hours each (for a total of 6+ hours) depending on how much the person says. We will meet on Zoom, and the entire session will be done/recorded through Video Chat on Zoom.

a) Pre-Session Zoom Interview & Online Tech/Equipment Check

Tech/Equipment Check: First we will do a quick Tech/Equipment check online through Zoom, as well as check your overall setup to ensure the equipment, internet speed, and connection is sufficient for our purposes (ie computer/laptop, Wifi connection, Zoom account, etc.) I like to get this out of the way first, so that when the session begins, you can feel calm, assured, and know we are fully prepared, (rather than fretting last-minute about potentially stressful things, such as the cord not being long enough, the connection being spotty, headphones/mic not working, your setup being uncomfortable, etc.)

If the necessary requirements—technological or otherwise— aren't able to be met, we cannot proceed to the next phase/Session. Please let me know ahead of time if you need to reschedule due to not being able to meet the requirements and Terms of Service as stated on the Info/FAQs page.

Pre-Session Interview: It is here when I will get to know a little bit about you and your life, as well as further go over into detail what brought you to seek out this session and any session goals you have. Usually clients discuss their childhood, their upbringing, spiritual/religious beliefs (or lack thereof), their family, partners/spouses/children, career, hopes and dreams, goals, as well as any wounds, ailments, or perceived blocks in their life they'd like to bring healing to or gain deeper insight on. These are all valuable pieces to your unique puzzle, and are helpful to know in regards to facilitating the best session approach for you.
This is also when we will go over your list of questions that you'd want to ask during the portion of your future Session where we address your Subconscious/Higher Self. Be sure to have your questions handy and to have emailed them to me prior, so that we can go over them during the Interview.

We will also be doing a brief Visualization exercise to get an idea of how you best receive information, which I will take into account when tailoring my unique approach to your Session. The entire session is done through Zoom. The whole thing generally take around 6 hours—give or take— but it depends on the person. Some may only need a short amount of time in the Pre-Interview, whilst others need a lot more time and have a lot that ends up coming out.

Either way, it's a good idea to make sure you have a quiet, private place with minimal disturbances/interruptions, since we will likely be discussing sensitive information and people tend to hold back when they know others are around or possibly listening/overhearing what they're saying. It's also a good idea to allot for more time than you think you'll need, since everybody ends up talking far longer/more than they originally thought they would once they get going.

b) Session

After your Pre-Interview/Tech Check and going over your list of questions, we will take a 20 minute break before resuming.

Once you get back from the break, we will start off by doing a bit of Pre-Session Meditation, as well as some Relaxation/Priming Exercises and Deepeners. We will then ease straight into the Session, which is when I will start the recording.

*Note: Only the session itself is recorded— not the Interviews or Pre/Post processes. Client will receive a Video/Audio recording of their session within 24 hours.

Once your session is finished, we will do a quick Post-Session Grounding, followed by an Interview & Wrap-up Discussion.

How do I book an online session?

First, go to the Apply to Book a Session (https://www.eunoiasessions.com/apply-to-book-a-session)page. Fill out and submit the brief questionnaire. This is important because it allows me to get a brief idea of what you are seeking from this session, what your goals/expectations are, and if this aligns with that and could give you what you seek.
Once I have reviewed your application, I will email you within 1-3 days to let you know if I have any further questions.

If we decide to move forward, we will schedule the date for your session.

What are the technological requirements and equipment a client needs for an online BQH session?

Internet service speed requirements:
Minimum 10 mbps - 25 mbps range for download speed and a steady internet connection without glitches.
Use speedtest.net to find out what your internet speed is here to make sure you have the proper requirements to maintain a steady connection for an online Zoom session. I highly recommend testing your internet speed in the early afternoon, as well as the evening, as sometimes it can vary.
Equipment:
-A computer or laptop is required for the entirety of the process.
For laptops, battery must be fully charged AND plugged in to a power source for the entire session.  
No phones or tablets may be used. Only a computer or laptop may be used.

-Headphones must be the required headphones with microphone combo that is posted on my website. This is the most reliable and inexpensive option, and it uses a wire, which means our connection will remain steady, we won't have to worry about battery dying/being drained or earbuds falling out, and we will be able to hear eachother easily for a good session.
NO wireless/Blutooth headphones, Air Pods, or standard ear buds (the kind that go in your ear and can easily fall out). Wireless/Blutooth headphones/Air pods are unreliable in situations like these and have been known to lose battery power during sessions at crucial points, which would sever the connection and cause issues.
Standard ear buds (whether they're wired or not) that go inside the ear with no other reinforcement are also not allowed, as these are infamous for falling out of ears during sessions when the client is in a trance state, at which point this would negatively affect the session and cause major issues and disruptions.

Having the proper technology is crucial when conducting a session online, and while there are many out there who “won't care,” you should ask yourself why they wouldn't, especially when not caring means the client possibly having a bad or stressful session because their practitioner didn't care enough to do their due diligence or give them the proper guidance, advice, and information.

This is why I am presenting you with this information, so that you can see why each of these things is crucial, has been well-thought out for your own personal safety and comfort, and to ensure that we have a good session together. I wouldn't want to take a risk of the connection cutting out, or you not feeling supported or guided through an important, fragile, or significant moment. All of these prerequisites are done with the client's best interest at heart, even if it means both of us having to go through some extra steps. It is a form of respecting you, your soul, and this delicate process, so as to ensure the safest and best possible outcome.

We will also go over these “tech checks” during the Pre-Interview that takes place before the session. This way, you can feel comfortable and at ease knowing that:

-Any risks have been thought out and prevented as much as possible
-All technology is working properly and our internet connection is strong/steady
-Your setup has been prepared, seen, and approved, and you can feel comfortable knowing it's properly done and ready for your session
-We've gotten comfortable with eachother and established a rapport, without any time constraints or limits

What happens during an in-person QHHT session?

The following is the general procedure for an in-person QHHT session. (If you would like to know the procedure for an online BQH session, scroll down the FAQs page to the question regarding the BQH Online Session process.)

QHHT (In Person) Session Process:
Pre-Session Interview:
The Pre-interview is a time when me and the client get a chance to just sit down together and talk, for as long as needed. Whether it's about the past, the present, what's going on in their lives, what's weighing heavily on them, what brought them here and made them seek out a session, or even unusual experiences they've had that they couldn't explain and would like clarity on, we go over it all during the Pre-Session Interview.

During this time, I get to know the client as an individual. This allows me to get a better idea of who the client is, what they're like, what they're seeking, and what approach would work best for them. What may work for one person may not work for another, so I feel it's important to utilize this time to allow the client to share whatever they feel called to share, so that I can tailor the session and my approach to their personal needs, comforts, and energy. The Pre-Session Interview is when clients get to become comfortable, open up, decompress, and vocalize what's brought them here. I find that most clients speak for at least 2 hours or more once they get going, even though they feel like it's only been 30 minutes. The time flies! Once we are on the same page and I feel that the client is sufficiently comfortable, we will start the Session Prep.

Session Preparation: While I will also go into this in more detail in person, this is essentially a transition period I use to slowly get the client calm, acclimated, and primed for the session— physically and mentally. It's a mixture of breathing techniques, guided meditation, and certain hypnosis exercises that I combine to prepare the client's mind and body for the session. That way, they don't have to go from the alert talkativeness of the interview straight into the session with no buffer. This calms the nervous system and the mind, helps ease the transition, and allows the client to enter the needed state more easily.

Past Life Regression: I take the client through a past life (sometimes several). The past life one sees is not random. It is specifically chosen by your Subconscious because it is relevant to the healing that you need most at this current time, as well as the reasons you had for seeking out the session. You are shown by your own Higher Self what you need to see; I am simply the guide.

Speaking with the Subconscious/Higher Self: In this phase, we speak directly to your Subconscious/ Higher Self to get the answers that you seek. I have every client come up with a list of questions or things they want to address, seek clarity on, would like healing toward, etc. and have them bring it with them to the session. We go over these in great detail during the Pre-Session Interview, but it is during this phase where we get those answers.

Body Scan:
In this last phase of the session, the client's Higher Self/Subconscious scans the body and energy body, and helps bring both back into alignment and balance. This is where much of the healing takes place, whether it's things the client specifically wanted addressed, or things the client wasn't even aware of that were affecting them just the same. While not everything can be healed, it is often here where we uncover the root causes or inception of certain ailments, issues, patterns, etc. so that it can be released, transformed, or at the very least, guided in the right direction. Anything not able to be healed at the current time (mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically) is still usually alleviated and lightened, and the client often then receives information about why it couldn't/shouldn't be healed at this time, and the necessary steps and guidance for being able to better achieve that healing in their life.
After the session, we will do a brief Grounding exercise.
Post-Interview:
After your session, once you've had time to slowly re-integrate, ground, and digest your experience, we will briefly go over your experience and some of the big moments, as well as connect the dots. We'll check in with how you feel now vs how you felt before the session, as well as how the experience was for you.

What kinds of things do people seek out a session for?

Whether it's being able to access the power of the Subconscious and Higher Self to transmute mental blockages, emotional baggage, fears, old wounds, or various ailments, to gain deeper clarity, acceptance, love, and understanding of oneself, to find the root causes, energy connections, or inception of things, to receive answers to your deepest questions, or to see a past life, clients have done them all and left their session a renewed, empowered, peaceful, more inspired version of themselves, before being catapulted into a whole new journey in their lives. The session is simply the start of your new adventure.

Clients come in with all kinds of questions, concerns, and curiosities, ranging from (but not limited to) questions about:

-One's “Soul's purpose” or what in general they came to do/work on here
-Finding one's passion and what makes their soul feel alive
-Life lessons
-Relationships, Parents, Family, Ancestral, Passed-down/Generational trauma
-Past lives and uncovering connections between that and their current life
-Prior soul agreements or karmic connections with people they know in their current life
-Meeting with one's Spirit guides/teams, spirit animal, or divine archetypes
-Life issues, themes, patterns they've noticed but don't know why it occurs + wanting to know the purpose behind them  
-Unusual experiences they've had that they'd like to unpack and receive clarity on (ie strange phenomenon or anomalies, missing time, glitches, abilities, supernatural experiences, ET or UFO phenomena, astral encounters, recurring dreams, etc.)
-Deep fears or phobias
-Blockages or recurrent obstacles
-Healing (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually)
-Recurring ailments + Finding the energetic “root” of a certain recurring ailment

Question 13

How long does a session take?

For a QHHT session:
With Pre/Post-Session Interviews, the preparation, and the session itself, the entire process usually takes around 6+ hours total on average, but it varies with each client. The interviews usually end up taking roughly half of that time. However, if you're someone who isn't very talkative and keeps the interviews short, then the time will be less. Regardless, all clients need to allocate for the full amount of time, as most clients talk far more than they expected.

For an online BQH session:
For BQH, the entire process takes about the same amount of time, maybe adding on another hour (so 6+ hours). It is highly recommended that the client leave the entire rest of the day available and not have any appointments after, since the sessions can be unpredictable in how long they take, and time of session highly varies from client to client. Also, you will need the time after to reintegrate.

Question 14

Is one session enough, or will I have to receive several?

Ideally, one session should be sufficient; however, this is also dependent on the client themselves, as well as what they're seeking from a session.

I aim for the session to empower you and show you your own power that's been there all along, as well as to show you that you are the catalyst for your own healing, rather than becoming dependent on me as a practitioner, or being dependent on anyone for your own spiritual healing. One session should be all you need to light the spark and nurture that seed of growth.

The only time a client may want another session is if: 
a) They ran out of time in the first session and wanted to inquire about more things in another session
b) A significant amount of time has gone by and they now have new things, regarding their life or themselves, that they'd like to address or inquire about
c) Those with social anxiety or trouble being vulnerable who feel better after they've thoroughly tried and vetted out the process/practitioner the first time, and want to come again a second time now that they feel they can be more relaxed, open and receptive.
d) They have entirely different questions/concepts they want to explore out of a sense of curiosity and adventure

Question 15

Can I bring someone to the session or allow someone to watch?

Accepted Answer

No. Nobody else is allowed to be present— no exceptions. This is not only a personal rule, it is for the highest good of the client. It doesn't matter how close you are to the individual or if you tell eachother everything; they still cannot be present. Furthermore, there is no telling what may come up that the client needs to process, and that can't be done adequately if someone is waiting, listening, judging, or overhearing everything they say. This would then  cause both the client— and myself—to hold back. Only the practitioner and client are allowed to be present.

This applies to both QHHT and BQH sessions. If this agreement is broken, then the session cannot proceed.

Question 16

Can I have someone drop me off and wait for me?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the lengthy time of the session and need for no interruptions, noone is allowed to come and wait, whether that be inside, outside, down the street, etc.

Question 17

Is the session done online or in person?

Accepted Answer

BQH sessions can be done online through Zoom.

QHHT sessions are only allowed to be done in-person and are held at my home office in Los Angeles, CA.

Sessions generally start at 2:30 pm (PST) and run till the evening around 9 pm. This is due to multiple reasons, the primary being that this is when the environment will be best for a proper session here (less noise, disturbances, traffic, etc.) However, appt time exceptions can be made depending on circumstances.

Question 18

Are there any people who shouldn't do a session?

As far as those who probably shouldn't do a session:
-Those who are extremely fearful, uncomfortable, resistant, or distrustful of the session, hypnosis, meditation, etc.
-Those who have not done or experienced anything like this before, whether that be meditation, visualizations, hypnosis, etc.
-Those who are not ready yet, but are hoping it'll work anyway if they just push it
-Those who only want a session to prove something to others or themselves
-Those who are currently mentally fragile, on the edge, or unstable in any way, or suffering from extreme depression, suicidal ideation, or psychosis
-Those in a very fragile state who have little to no outside support
-Those with extreme trauma connected to easily-triggered trauma responses
I personally do not do sessions on minors (anyone under 18 years of age), pregnant women, or those who currently have or are suffering from severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder), severe Mania/manic episodes, extreme paranoia, or any disorder or delusions in which the person has a hard time separating fantasy and reality or becomes obsessive, in which a session could further fuel that.

Regardless, at the end of the day, it should call to you and feel aligned. You should feel some kind of tug or calling to do this, or even feel excited about it. Usually that calling is your Higher Self/Subconscious guiding you. Just use your own discernment and follow your intuition with what's best for you.

Question 19

Who should/shouldn't do an ONLINE session?

Who should probably not do an online session?
- Those without the proper technology, internet speed, equipment, etc. needed, or those who are simply not comfortable and apt at using such technology 
- Those who are very fearful, uncomfortable, or distrustful of the session, hypnosis, meditation, etc.
- Those who are not ready, but are hoping it'll work anyway if they just push it
- Those who are currently mentally fragile or unstable in any way or are suffering from depression or psychosis
- Those who are in a fragile state with little to no outside support
- Those with extreme trauma connected to easily-triggered trauma responses
- Those who cannot have a private, quiet environment

I personally do not do sessions on minors (anyone under 18 years of age), pregnant women, or those who currently have or are suffering from severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder), severe Mania/manic episodes, extreme paranoia, or any disorder or delusions in which the person has a hard time separating fantasy and reality or becomes obsessive, in which a session could further fuel that.
That being said, online sessions are great for:

-Those who live far away, in another state or country, and don't have the financial means to travel
-Those who have major social anxiety
-Those with agoraphobia who want to do a session but don't want to leave their home
-Those who are immune-compromised, whether that be due to cancer/chemo or other illness
-Those who have a type of physical handicap or disability that makes it far more physically difficult for them to be able to come to an in-person session
-Those who have no form of transportation
-Those who know they for certain wouldn't be able to be comfortable enough to go under unless it was in their own “safe space”

Question 20

What makes QHHT/BQH different from the standard hypnotherapy session or Past Life Regression?

QHHT/BQH are unique in that they combine several different things under one hub under the sole aim of healing. Furthermore, it includes not just Past-Life Regression, but also a portion where we speak to the client's Subconscious (Higher Self), where the client gets to receive guidance, healing, and answers to their questions directly from themselves (and/or their Guides, depending on their own beliefs and circumstances.) Due to this, there is a back-and-forth conversation between the client and practitioner throughout most of the session, and we get to take a deep, inside look at the client's body, mind, heart, and soul. Most of all, the client gets to know themselves in an often unprecedented way, discovering deep, intimate parts of themselves and their soul, like a hidden gift waiting to be unearthed.

Furthermore, rather than focusing on simply reprogramming, like in standard hypnotherapy, we instead get to the root of things and see it from all angles. We get to dive into your soul and explore it, and get to cover more unusual, fringe topics that the average hypnotherapist may not cover or feel comfortable covering (such as ETs, reincarnation, the astral realm, spirit guides, interdimensional beings, etc.)

For instance, a standard hypnotherapist may get you to quit smoking by using/embedding subconscious programming and affirmations.

In a QHHT/BQH session, we instead get to the heart of the issue: Why does the client smoke? When did it start? What was happening around that time? How was this habit serving them or helping them get by back then as a coping mechanism? What about now? What urge/ need is this habit soothing/fulfilling? Is this need connected to a deeper need or root? If so, when did that happen and where did it come from? Let's see the experience. What was that about? Will bringing closure and healing to this memory aid ____ in quitting smoking? What are some other healthier habits ____ can try instead that will fulfill the same need? Is it appropriate to bring healing to ____ lungs and body currently?

This is just one small example, but imagine doing this with all the things in your life that you wanted to inquire about during your session. It can get quite deep and go through so many layers, like an onion, until we get to the core, which is what is more likely to lead to long-lasting results.

Question 21

What is the Subconscious/Higher Self?

The Subconscious is a blanket term that is used by QHHT/BQH to mean a few things. Originally, the term “Subconscious” is used in Psychology to mean the part of the mind that is not of the Conscious Mind. The Conscious Mind is everything you are consciously aware of and is constructed by your Ego/Identity. The Subconscious is the rest of your mind that you are unconscious of and not in conscious control over. Our Subconscious is usually fully formed by around the age of 7-8 years old, and it drives us in ways we are usually unaware of. It holds all the memories, deep wounds, motivations, childhood trauma, and is also where we dream and connect to the astral realms and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

In QHHT/BQH, the Subconscious (aka the “S.C.”)  holds access to the memories of all the past lives you've ever lived, knowledge of your soul, the reasons behind why you are the way you are and do what you do, feel what you feel, and act how you act. In QHHT/BQH, the SC is also synonymous with the spiritual concept of the “Higher Self,” which is essentially you, but from a higher perspective, with higher knowledge and guidance that your conscious mind, self, and ego usually block from your awareness. The session pulls down those inhibitions and barriers to allow this part of yourself to come through and provide knowledge, answers, and important information.

Granted, where the client currently is in their own mind and soul journey also affects how much they see and what they can receive (much like how certain frequencies are in our audible range, whereas others are too high or too low for us to be able to hear, so as far as we are concerned, we heard "nothing." The more we expand our consciousness and connect with that part of ourselves, the more we will be able to hear, receive, understand, and compute; therefore, the more information we will be given. What your SC/Higher Self is able to receive one day, can be entirely different from what you are able to receive a year from now, or a few years from now. If you have undergone a great deal of expansion, mentally and spiritually, then you have expanded what you are capable of receiving, hearing, and picking up on and are likely to receive/hear/see far more than you would have a year prior.
The Subconscious/ Higher Self only wants to give you information it knows will benefit you, as well as information it knows you can adequately handle. It wants this to benefit you and your current life— not upend it or send you into chaos, existential crisis, or instability. It wants you to thrive, not downward spiral. Therefore, it will not tell or show you anything and everything at the present moment; it will only show what you're meant to see at this current time that is most aligned with your highest good, and what you're capable of perceiving/receiving properly at this time (without misconstruing or issues).

If it foresees that telling you something could be revelatory, but could also potentially send you into an unstable, undesirable state that you're not prepared for, then it will withhold that information until a more appropriate time. It doesn't mean that the information doesn't exist; it just means that it's in a "sealed box" of sorts, waiting for the appropriate time in the future to open and be discovered. However, the box will not open before that time.

For instance, some clients may come in wanting to see a galactic past life, but instead are shown a more common, mundane existence as something like a potato farmer or housewife. This does not mean that they don't have a "galactic past life"; it simply means that at the current time, this life was what you needed to see most, even if it's not what you wanted to see. You will be shown whichever life and life themes most apply to whatever you are seeking healing with at this time.

In addition, in QHHT/BQH, the S.C. can also encompass your spiritual Guides/Team/Animals. These are often other versions of your Higher Selves from your other incarnations in other lives (so, also you), but can also be a loving guide that has been with you since birth (or previous lives) to guide and protect you through hard times, and/or a more recent temporary guide that is simply assisting you with a current life lesson/phase. Some people have Guides that come through, whereas others simply only see or hear from themselves/Subconscious for the time-being. It all depends on the person, what they're open to, and what their S.C. knows will be most beneficial for them to see.

Question 22

Why is the Subconscious/Higher Self often referred to as "We" or "They"? Why does the S.C. sometimes talk in the third person?

Accepted Answer

While not everyone has this experience, most will experience their Subconscious and Higher Self as multiples facets during a session. If you believe in Reincarnation, then you know that have you likely lived many lives. Each of those versions of you existed, and furthermore, each one of those was a facet of your soul expressed in a different way. Each of them had their own Higher Self too.

So not only are you present, but your Higher Self and Subconscious are present, and often past-life (or even future) versions of you are present as well.

People's spirit guides can show up too, if the client is the type who would like to have such an experience.

Because of this, they are all present and focused on your highest good, and want to make sure that they all get to contribute and add in their own wisdom and perspective. This is why the client will often say, "We" when speaking as their Subconscious/Higher Self.

This is also why the S.C. tends to talk in the third person, referring to the client in the third person narrative. (i.e. "We've tried to tell her numerous times, but she doesn't listen to us. She's stubborn," is quite a common one.)

Question 23

Will I remember the session, or will I knock out and not remember anything I do and say?

Accepted Answer

This type of hypnosis is not the type of deep-trance hypnosis you see in Las Vegas where the hypnotist snaps their fingers and you're out like a light or clucking like a chicken, then wake up and don't remember anything. This type of hypnosis is a much milder form of hypnosis/trance that allows you to still be present and coherent, just in a far more relaxed state so that you can step out of your own way a bit easier. It is meant to be respectful of the person and their autonomy/boundaries— not trying to impede on it. You will be present and hear what you're saying (usually before you say it) and usually be aware of everything as it's happening; although, some clients in rare instances barely remember, but remember once they hear the recording and what they said (much like remembering a dream). The more comfortable you feel to open up, the more the information will flow like a stream of consciousness.

This form of hypnosis keeps you either in an “in-between” Theta-brainwave state, akin to the state you're in right before you fall asleep, where you're not quite awake, but not dreaming either; or, an Alpha-brainwave state, which is a state of light hypnosis, but focused awareness, much like the state you're in when you're driving a route you drive constantly and kind of "tune out" but still remain aware on the task at-hand. This "in-between state" is crucial because we want you to be relaxed enough to allow the conscious mind to take a side-seat and allow the subconscious mind to speak and come forward, while also still having you be alert and focused enough that you can hear me speaking, answer my questions, and relay to me what you're seeing.
Think of it like a boardroom meeting where you, your Higher Self/Subconscious, and your Guides are all there, but you have chosen to take a seat in the back to just listen. You (your conscious mind/Ego) are attending, but are not here to speak. The Higher Self/SC is at the stage/podium/mic finally getting a chance to speak today. You're still present in the back, listening and making sure all is safe, well, and okay with you. You are always in control— just simply choosing to take a side-seat for the time-being. At any point, you could stop the session, stop what you're saying, contest what is being said, etc. if you truly wanted to; however, I encourage you to take advantage of this rare opportunity to allow these parts of you to be heard, as they so rarely get to. There will be plenty of time later for you and your Conscious Mind to chime in.

When you come out of the session, it will feel much like waking from a dream. When you wake from a dream, you usually remember most of it at first, albeit a bit foggy; but then the memories slowly start fading because your consciousness is leaving the theta-brainwave state. Most clients wake and say, “Oh I remember everything,” but then when we actually start discussing the session and the things that happened, they realize they had briefly forgotten quite a lot of those things, but remembered instantly once I mentioned it. You will be receiving a recording the day after your session, so that you can hear everything you said, which will also re-spark a lot of mental "downloads" in regards to that past life and everything else discussed. This way, you can continue to get more and more information about it all, even long after the session, which often comes in "downloads" or "mental packets" to be unpacked and integrated slowly, then digested accordingly. In fact, a majority of the big magic and revelations happens for clients afterward upon listening to the recording.

Question 24

Why should I come to you? What makes your sessions different?

Accepted Answer

I'm a firm believer that there is a right practitioner out there for everyone, but that not all practitioners suit everybody. Some are meant to work with me, and some could work better with another. Just like with anything in life, an approach and person that may resonate highly with one individual, may be unaligned with another individual. I feel that sessions work best when people find a practitioner that at least semi-aligns or works well with their own ethos, philosophy, personality, and energy.

This is why I like to ask potential clients several questions prior, so that we can make sure we're a good fit, and that my approach, methods, and energy are a good fit for them. My approach to spirituality is one that is grounded, balanced, harmonized, and balances both the head (logic) and the heart/soul (the spirit). I believe in doing what is in alignment with one's highest good, and not doing/forcing anything simply out of ego, which is why there are certain things, ethically, I won't do in sessions.

In addition to using this process to visit other lives, I believe in using it to be able to come back to your current life with answers, clarity, motivation, and a renewed perspective and energy— not to use spirituality or sessions to further disconnect from your human life/self, or as a form of escapism. I feel that these sessions should be a tool for healing and clarity that will allow you to further embrace your current life, self, and path with a new passion. I want my client to be able to take all the knowledge and healing they received back into their daily life and to integrate it, allowing it to transform their lives, relationships, and selves for the long haul. I always prioritize a client's boundaries and spiritual sovereignty in my sessions, never pushing, pressuring, or judging.

I am also  educated on many fringe topics that some past-life regression practitioners won't/ don't deal with. Some clients have had very unusual experiences that would be considered atypical or "fringe" by standard past-life regression practitioners or hypnotherapists (ie ETs, UFO experiences, astral projection, time glitches, entities, phenomenon, interdimensional places/beings, etc.). They want a session to address these things and to get some answers, but they fear being judged when telling of their experience. These people are seeking a practitioner that won't bat an eye— who will not only hold space for their experience, but will respond with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to figure it out together. No matter how bizarre a client may think their experience is that they're seeking clarity on, I am open to exploring it in a session and helping you unpack it.
I want the client to feel they're in good hands— to know they're in a safe space, and will be taken care of, nurtured, and most of all, heard and accepted. I've had clients say that they received just as much healing and clarity from the Pre-Interview conversation as they did the actual session, because they were able to talk about things that they've never been able to talk about with anybody before and to see them from a different perspective that "made things click."

Many clients spend up to 3 hours in the Pre-session Interview talking, because they so rarely ever get someone to just listen to them about anything and everything, with no judgment, and/or to give them feedback on things that they usually aren't able to talk about with others. No matter how heavy, unusual, or bizarre clients may think their information is, I always welcome it with an open mind, an open heart, and curiosity. I embrace all of them, and encourage them to embrace all of themselves.

I also feel that a great session consists of more than simply knowing the QHHT/BQH method and robotically reading a script. Over time, I have created my own style and unique way that I present the method that I have found produces ideal results. (While the method for QHHT itself remains untouched and the same in order to stay true to the Dolores Cannon method, my style, approach, and how preparation method is unique.)
From the way I conduct the interviews, to the setting, the preparation before the session, the techniques I use to help prime the mind and get the brain into the appropriate brainwave state, the techniques I use to calm and relax the body and nervous system, my tone and cadence during the Hypnosis Induction, to the questions I ask during the session and how I word/ask them, my approach is to ensure ideal, lasting results (rather than quick fixes that are temporary).
For my in-person QHHT sessions, I like to curate an experience for the client. From the moment they walk in,  I offer a clean, quiet setting for your session, including a special cervical pillow for neck comfort, fluffy blanket, soft bed and freshly-washed bed linens, weighted satin eye-mask, essential oil diffuser, soft, warm ambient light, and candles. I also offer refreshments and snacks for afterward, including vegan/gluten-free options. I take everything into consideration and like to curate a full, nurturing experience for the client, so that they can sink into the experience more readily, and also leave feeling renewed on all levels— physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Question 25

If my conscious mind is present, how do I know it's not just  me talking?

Accepted Answer

Well, firstly, your Subconscious/Higher Self ARE you, just as much as your Conscious Mind/Self is. Regardless of your beliefs about what you see during a session and how you interpret it, you are still seeing and perceiving it regardless. Meaning, it is significant and being brought up for a reason, and it still has a meaningful story to tell us if we can set aside judgment and focus more on the overall message and what is being shown to us.

That being said, it's normal for most people to question if they're just making things up, or possibly repeating something they saw once in a movie. You can usually tell if what is/was coming through is legitimate by a few factors, such as:  
-Genuine emotion or emotional displays (most of which are often trying to be held back by the client but come out anyway)
-Saying things that are contrary to what you already know or what you feel you'd be likely to say, think, or want
-Speaking about things you were completely unfamiliar with or had no prior knowledge of
-Sometimes making provisions or corrections to what I, the  practitioner, stated rather than simply agreeing or parroting back the entire time
-Speaking about things that the client likely wouldn't be proud of or want to be associated with, but that were still true, valid factors of that person/life/incarnation they witnessed
-Strong parallels and connections between what is seen and the person's current life/self
-Real, perceived changes in the person's life after the session that correlate directly to the things seen, discussed, or worked on during the session
-Strong signs, synchronicities, dreams, or downloads pre/post-session that correspond to what you saw in the session
-The client visibly fighting/suppressing what is trying to come out or be expressed in the session, showing a differentiation, separation, and conflict between the client's Conscious Mind/Ego and Subconscious/Higher Self. (One didn't want to hear/acknowledge what the other had to say, or the two may even temporarily go back and forth.)

This is also why there are certain questions I prefer not to ask the Subconscious, and why I thoroughly go over the client's list of questions with them in the Pre-Interview. I am also very careful about how I phrase the questions, because if you're not careful, the client's conscious mind/Ego can step in and interfere with the answers to certain questions because they/the Ego are extremely emotionally tied or invested to that particular answer (which is what can lead to clients receiving answers about something, which later doesn't check out or align with what they heard and saw), which is something I've learned through experience. This is where it's up to the practitioner to be keen enough and aware enough to detect this, while also knowing how to phrase things properly so that there is as little interference as possible. This is done by working in harmony with the Ego (Conscious Mind) and the Soul (Subconscious Mind)— not by pretending one doesn't exist or that one isn't present.

Question 26

What if I have aphantasia? (the inability to visualize)

Accepted Answer

There are many clients with aphantasia who are able to do a session. We'd just choose to focus more on your other clair-senses, such as empathy (energies, feelings, emotions), claircognizance/clairsentience (having deep knowings or intuitive feelings about something), or clairaudience (hearing, receiving answers in auditory form, similar to an inner monologue).

Question 27

Is anything and everything healed instantly?

Accepted Answer

Typically, no. I know there are many people out there that will tell you otherwise, but I personally feel that it is unethical to say so without providing context and acknowledging the nuances. Like anything in this physical realm, while QHHT is a method capable of accomplishing amazing feats, it also has its limits. It can spark major healing, growth, acceptance, and epiphanies; but I think branding it as a panacea “cure-all” would be doing it—and the client— a disservice.

Furthermore, during a session, if a practitioner truly works with and listens to the client's Higher Self ( rather than just telling it what to do) it will let you know if it's appropriate to heal that particular thing at this particular time, as well as why or why not. It will then let you know what needs to be done, how, and will do it in alignment with the client's comfort levels, boundaries, sovereignty, and highest good. If it's not currently in alignment with their highest good, then we do what we can and move onward without forcing it.

If we try to bypass this and your soul's chosen path by pressuring or “bullying” the subconscious into submission, or trying to brainwash it with generic affirmations or hypnotic suggestions that it's not actually in a state to receive and employ (like many New-Age spiritual practices tend to do) then people are likely to get temporary, short-lasting, or unstable results. This is something you tend to see happen a lot in the “Energy Healing” and spiritual sector, and it's why so many people feel stuck, or like nothing has really changed/lasted, even though they've spent years “healing” and seeing various energy healers of all kinds, and they simply end up in this repeating cycle. They may temporarily get rid of something, and then it either comes back or is replaced by something similar or something that occupies the same region of the body/energy body. We cannot spiritually bypass that which is crying out to be addressed and acknowledged, nor can we rush it. We must honor the body, mind, and soul of the client and it's own readiness, boundaries, and reasoning, and approach this with a senses of curiosity, reverence, and respect, rather than an attitude of “I know best, so just do it.”

We want to work in harmony with the Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind, and honor where it's at/where you're at. We want to honor your boundaries and life path, without tampering with your free will or altering things that may actually be needed in your life for reasons not yet consciously seen or understood, even if at the time they may seem unfavorable.

This is also why I tailor my method to ask the right questions that are specific to the client and their needs, and to phrase them in the proper way. I guide the session through the lens of what the client's Higher Self tells me is best and what it feels comfortable with. The Higher Self knows you a lot better than I do, and it always has your highest good and interest at heart. By navigating the session through this lens, and having respect for what can be done at the time while also EQUALLY respecting what cannot or should not be done at the time for the client's highest good, clients leave a session feeling empowered, motivated, and understanding themselves better, rather than thinking they took a miracle cure-all pill at first, and then getting disappointed if/when it doesn't stick later.

Are there many things that can be healed? Yes. I've seen amazing things happen and have witnessed clients heal themselves of all sorts of things in remarkable ways. I am constantly surprised with this work, and in awe of my clients and what they are truly capable of. I've also seen them then be propelled forward into a whole new journey in their life that ends up healing them in far more ways than they ever could've anticipated. It's beautiful to behold. However, sometimes clients will ask for a certain thing to be remedied, but will instead receive an answer about the layers of the thing, such as: Why it's there to begin with, what caused it, what memories are attached to it, why it lingered, where it's being held in the body/energy body, what needs to be addressed if the client wants to heal this for good, how to proceed, etc.These are important questions to ask if we want to attain long-lasting results for the client, while also staying aligned with their ultimate highest good and soul's general desired path(s).

Question 28

Does everyone have a past life?

Accepted Answer

This is a complicated question because it delves into perception, personal beliefs, and the theory of if we are truly viewing past lives (which is based on the framework of linear time), or if they are actually parallel lives that are all occurring simultaneously in the present (which is more of a "quantum" perspective of time being more like a spiral, of which our Consciousness is only able to perceive/ be present for one single point at a time). Others may not believe in either of those, and feel we are simply seeing projections of the Subconscious. All are valid.

If we are talking from a simplified “earth lens” and the construct of linear time, then most people have had past lives; however, once in a rare while you will get someone who doesn't see a past life because in linear time, they've just come from Source (the Source of all that is/where we all come from- whatever that means for you). While our souls are infinite and unbound by time, our three-dimensional human bodies and brains are not. It really depends on which lens you are viewing it with.

The other reason being that the client may have a past life, but is instead being shown something from the past in their CURRENT life. This usually only happens if a client has something major that they never dealt with that is extremely hindering them in their current life that needs to be acknowledged and released, and becoming aware of that would bring them 10x more healing than seeing a past life. Whatever is most important for the client takes priority, and they are shown what they need to see most at this time. I've only had two clients this happened with, yet they were two of the most emotional and deeply healing client sessions I've ever seen. It goes to show that you can't mess it up, because you will be shown whatever you are meant to see, and whatever will bring you the most healing at this time. Think of it as priorities: X needed to be healed more than Y, so X was presented to you first, because it's what most needed to be dealt with and brought to your awareness at this time.

Question 29

What if I'm not sure if I fully believe in reincarnation or quantum healing?

Accepted Answer

That's okay. All I ask if that you come with an open mind and an open heart, good will, and ready to do this without expectations.

If it helps, you can view the session and past lives as simply going on an inner journey, and that what you see are going to be deep and meaningful things that you needed to see, projected from your Subconscious mind, in order to bring certain things to the forefront of your awareness to be addressed. Every client I've had sees something different, but what they all have in common is that they always see something meaningful, helpful, significant, relative, and impactful to them. You can view what you see as imagery, symbols, and archetypes that align with you, and are bringing forth messages and information for you to see to better understand what is within.

As for the healing, you can choose to simply view it from a more “cognitive framework” by seeing the session and interviews as a way to analyze, integrate, and provide information on all the things you saw, identify how and why they came up, why they impact(ed) you, and utilize the answers you were given to spark your own healing path in the ways that feel most natural and aligned with you.

I've had plenty of clients that are very down to earth and not into the “woo woo” whatsoever, who still had amazing sessions and received epiphanies, revelations, catharsis, benefits, and tremendous healing and movement in their lives afterward. Many go on to follow their passion, fulfill their dreams, and feel more grounded and at peace than ever in their human, earthly life. One does not have to be “new age” or “woo woo” to receive benefits from a session, and I make sure to tailor  my philosophy and approach to the individual and their specific needs /preferences.

Question 30

What if I can't be put under?

Accepted Answer

There is a small percentage of people who can't be put under for various reasons. Most people who think they can't be put under usually can; it's simply a form of subconscious resistance or protection that is causing a "block." At the end of the day, all hypnosis is self hypnosis," which means that noone can be hypnotized without their consent or readiness. If there is a part of you that doesn't want to do this or is not truly ready for this, but is forcing it, then when the time comes for the session, this person may likely not see anything, and the Subconscious is likely to not respond or answer questions as a form of "silent protest."

For some, it can be a source of pride that “noone can put them under” and they want to hold onto that feeling of “resilience” (which is a form of resistance). It makes them feel more secure and resistant to outside influences, which is a point of strength and sovereignty for them. Hypnosis shouldn't be done/attempted on these individuals.

For others, it's because they are subconsciously blocking themselves for various reasons, such as not being/feeling ready yet, or fear: fear of vulnerability, fear of not being able to handle the changes they'd have to make in their life afterward upon acknowledgment of certain things, or even fear of what they'll see, hear, or experience. Some are not ready for the movement and change that would come afterward, and are in a place in their life where they don't want to take on anything more, or feel like they couldn't possibly handle anything more on their already-full plate, so they block themselves from the experience.

Some clients may even unknowingly have spiritual blocks/protections that have been put on them out of necessity, which is something I often see with people who have abilities but who have had to disconnect from them and "don't want them." They wanted to be cut off from all that.

It's also important to not have any expectations of how this should go or look, because it goes completely differently for every client. Do not expect riveting galactic lives and novels-worth of advanced information, like in Dolores Cannon's books, to be how every single session is going to go, for every person. Sometimes they do, and that's great! It's wonderful to be open to that possibility. But it's also crucial to be open to allowing for the whole spectrum of possibilities, and for the session to happen in whatever way it's meant to for YOU, rather than attaching to how someone else's session was or the types of things they saw/info they received in comparison. Remember, you will receive information you are truly ready to receive, in a way that you are meant to receive it, in a way that is aligned with your highest good, path, and outcomes.

That being said, it is a very small percentage of people (ie less than 2%) that can't be put under, and most can be put under in some form, or the form that's best for them that their Subconscious is most comfortable with. We're usually always able to find a way to make it work.
However, if you should by chance not be able to be put under or you see absolutely nothing, then you will receive a full or partial refund, depending on how much time we've taken, the circumstances, and what's been done.

Question 31

What if I have a memory of an unusual, supernatural, or otherwordly experience that I want to find out more about?

Accepted Answer

Yes, QHHT/BQH are used for this regularly and is actually very helpful in these matters. I've had clients come to me wanting answers on everything from: missing time, a glitch they experienced, ET or UFO encounters, experiences with interdimensional beings/places, supernatural occurrences, issues with entities, unusual repeating dreams that feel real and vivid, astral experiences, psychic abilities, random premonitions or visions, or just anything in general that happened that they couldn't explain and always wondered about. Of course, sometimes there are mundane explanations for these things. Other times, the answers received are more than either of us anticipated.

Question 32

What would happen if we lose connection during an online session? Would I stay "under"?

Accepted Answer

Included in the Induction are hypnosis statements that enable us to solve an such issues quickly and easily.

If we get disconnected for whatever reason, it is embedded into the Induction that after 5 minutes of silence/no response, that you will simply wake (if you haven't already) click the link again to join, and we will resume.

This is not an extremely deep state of trance or hypnosis like you see on TV. You will still be aware, and if you truly wanted to, you could stop the session, get up, and walk away at any time. You would not remain "asleep for hours, or days" or any such thing. Just like you are able to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night when waking from a deep sleep, and are able to go back to sleep afterwards, you can also do the same with a BQH session.

As long as the client has a good internet connection, proper equipment, and has gone through the necessary prerequisites, there usually shouldn't be any issues.

Question 33

Is conducting online sessions risky or dangerous?

Accepted Answer

This is a valid question that gets brought up, due to the founder of QHHT (Dolores Cannon) having had strong feelings about not conducting QHHT sessions online due to certain risks, dangers, or issues. (This was before she passed away in 2014, and truthfully, technology was not where it needed to be at the time to do this properly and safely, so it was a valid caveat.)

For starters, QHHT sessions are only conducted in person— no exceptions. That is a rule of QHHT. If an online session is done, it is not QHHT and is either BQH or another technique. This is to honor the founder's wishes, as well as the QHHT Rules & Regulations.
There is a reason Dolores felt the way she did about conducting online QHHT sessions, all of which were important and valid reasons that need to be acknowledged, not ignored, which is why I will address them here.

If we were to discuss if any type of hypnosis session (such as BQH) should be conducted online, and whether it is safe or not, then these are my views:
To do this, one must have the necessary knowledge, foresight, or procedures put in place to ensure a proper online session. While I've seen some practitioners conducting sessions online irresponsibly, in a way prone to many issues and problems (whether that be with the tech, the client, the results/outcome, etc.), I've also seen many who conduct proper and amazing session online, as they've put in the effort to do it right.

A practitioner needs to have really done their due diligence, as well as have thought about and troubleshooted all the things that could possibly go wrong, in order to negate these issues before they happen. Through long and careful planning, research, and procedures, I and many others have looked into—and found solutions— for all of these issues and caveats, making it now safe to conduct online sessions.

Does it require a lot of extra knowledge, foresight, education, provisions, attention, tech savvy, and tools in your tool kit? Yes. And for those practitioners that are unable or unwilling to take all of these extra things and needed efforts into consideration—and would therefore be putting their client at risk—then I agree that they perhaps shouldn't be conducting online sessions in the first place.

But for those who have done their due diligence and are properly educated and aware of the ins and outs of this process being done in this particular way, and have a solid process/ tech/ equipment strategy, online sessions can be a wonderful option and tool.

Question 34

What if I have to use the bathroom during a session?

Accepted Answer

Clients are able to use the bathroom right before we start the session (after the Pre-Interview is done, but before we start the actual session).

They are also able to use the bathroom right after the session as well, once they wake, but before the Post-Interview/Discussion takes place. Usually this is more than enough for most people.

It's extremely rare for me to have a client need to use the bathroom during a session, but if it's urgent, you can simply let me know that you need to use the bathroom and we can take a small break. It's much like the same way you feel when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom— you're still awake, aware, and able to do what you need to do, then you come back, lie down, and go back to bed/trance.

The longer a session can go on uninterrupted and with the body unmoving, the deeper the client goes, so just keep in mind that breaking to go to the bathroom when you've already been inducted is only recommended if you absolutely need to and if needing to go is interfering with your ability to fully relax during the session.

For online sessions, I always make sure before they go under that the client is easily able to get to the bathroom without anything in the way, just in case, so that they know they have a clear path if the need should arise.

Question 35

Do you have any social media accounts or offer "readings"?

Accepted Answer

I do NOT offer readings of any kind.

My only social media accounts are on Tiktok and Youtube (both spelled "eunoiasessions" or "Eunoia Sessions" with no numbers, underscores, emojis, etc.) I have NO other social media.
